The only thing I enjoyed during my trip to Cape Breton Island was the accommodation provided by the Canadian Coast Guard College. Finally, a decent room to your own. I can have my own bed, tv, bathroom and even a bathtub... Cool... Not bad, we even had a tour around the college on Thanksgiving day. But then again, not much people were around, so it was another boring affair once again.
Canada had so many channels on TV that it would put Starhub to shame anytime.

To my surprise, when I spoke to the Canadian soldiers, they said that this kindda standard was considered below par and to have a bathroom to your own is considered norm. They even mentioned that this is the worst standard thus far for them! What the heck, I think its about time our Garberment, "Ah Gong" starts to invest into our infrastructure. The standard of food and accommodation here is anytime better than us.
