Speeding. Singaporeans love to speed. Everywhere we go, we cheong (speed) here and cheong there, like there's no tomorrow. I, for one was guilty on many such occasions and even had the honour to have my class 2A Kan Tong (revoked) five years ago.
In Singapore, we employ a substantial amount of traffic police officers armed with the latest speed laser camera and impose heavy fines to ensure our citizens do not speed. The Traffic Police even went to the extend of promoting safety campaigns and announcing possible deployment sites of speed laser cameras to the public.
Still, our people consistently speeds..... The answer?..... Look for foreign talents to help us..... Apparently, the Danes authorities came up with the most wicked idea one could think if.
The ingenious concept:- Denmark's Speed Control Bikini Bandits
Upon interview by the press, this was what Heidi Svendsen (featured above), Head of the Bikini Bandits said:
but I know from my heart what we doing is working,
people are slowing down, people are noticing.
I couldn't stop laughing when she said, "....people are noticing". No prizes for guessing what the people were reeeeally noticing.
In her response to the people who oppose the ideology behind her work, she said,
If people are slowing down,
we have done our job.
Since we are the world's best,
we will continue to do our jobs.
Man, you gotta give it to her and admire her dedication. Since she thinks they are the world's best and with our bright red dot's obsession to be the world's best in everything. I reckon that we can do one better by employing our local artistes to be bikini babes instead and who else better to lead the pack, then our very own international superstar....

Not fake.. I live in Copenhagen and for a short period of time, you could catch a glimpse of these sexy big breasted girls around central Copenhagen... I hope they will be back when spring comes around.. that Heidi is so damn sexy..
Yes, the topless Speed Bandits are everywhere here in Denmark. Even ordinary girls are now flashing speedsters in the street trying to get them to slow down.

No, it's a gimmick created by the Danish traffic counsel. There are no topless girls in the streets - we're not Dutch after all. Actually, the Danish minister of gender equality has been asked to look into the gimmick as some people se it as degrading to women.
